PASTRY CHEF CELSO
Each cake is an individual work of art created by Pastry Chef and Master in rolled fondant Celso Rodriguez, who has 19 years baking and decorating experience. He obtained his training from the best European pastry chefs at Swiss hotel Atlanta, 191 Club, Grant Hyatt and Ritz Carlton. He also attended the Culinary School of Gwinnett and Sugar Art College, where he obtained both a Business and Culinary degree.

Chef Celso prides himself in artistically designing wedding cakes that reflects each bride's own unique style and taste. He believes that your wedding day is a day that should be exquisitely designed and flawlessly executed... he is dedicated to make your most precious dream a reality by creating a wedding cake for your special day that will be unforgettable in taste, design and style. Whatever your preference... a traditional wedding cake, a whimsical creation, a contemporary style, or miniature wedding cakes, Celso's Cakes will make your vision a reality.


CELSO'S CAKES AND FILLINGS
...are made from scratch using only the finest quality ingredients. A wide variety of icings and fillings allow clients to find that perfect combination for each special event. From color matching the flowers in wedding bouquets to hand sculpting edible flower buds for the perfect garden wedding, every detail will be perfectly executed.

Call ahead at 770-242-3040 or BOOK ONLINE and plan a visit to Celso's Cakes, Inc. for a wedding cake consultation. Take time to browse through Chef Celso's portfolios of wedding cake photographs while you taste sample cakes.
      If you are still uncertain about what you want in a wedding cake, Chef Celso is an expert at reflecting a couple's individual style and personality. Often it is helpful to bring photos of cakes you like, fabric swatches of your brides-maid dresses, floral photos, your imagination and anything else that might inspire. Wedding cake consultations are every Monday and Wednesday from 10am-7pm and every other Sunday from 10am-7pm by appointment only. We also offer a wedding cake sample tray for $35 which can be picked up at any time. Please allow 72 hours for preparation.

GROOMS CAKE
Grooms cake is a wedding tradition typically associated with the American South. While a wedding cake may often be decorated in white and light in texture and/or color, the groom's cake can take a variety of forms. The decoration of the cake may reflect the favorite hobby or interest of a groom, or be used for humorous effect.
